Came across on our travels while searching skip for gluten free options. This place had also been previously recommended by family that used to live here. They have the most amazing salad selection I’ve ever seen! Everything on the menu looks amazing. I opted for the vibrant venus salad and was not disappointed. Extremely large potion, generous on the protein. Would highly recommend !!

They have some of the East Indian foods including Dosamasala dosa, Burrito bowl either with butter chicken or veg options like butter paneer. The food is good and the price is really reasonable. If we are goin for burrito bowl, there is not wait time at all, but if you are ordering dosa try ti gibe them a call and order ahead to avoid waiting Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian foods. According to the review's, we were quite excited to order something new and different flavoured burrito. We ordered a Tofu Sundance Burrito It was OK, we felt it to be too bland and lacked flavours. It was our first experience and we didn't try anything else so hard to make a judgement on how the rest of the food will be. I hope to visit them again and try something new next time for the better experience for sure!

One of my faves in the city! Ordered picked up a few months ago but then my car broke down at the last minute! I frantically called and they ended up delivering the order with no additional cost - despite the massive inconvenience and logistical nightmare it caused. I was blown away! The food was exceptional - fresh, flavourful, and unique. Not to mention, the portion sizes are very big for what you pay! I am definitely a returning customer!

I’m trying to stay away from my usual fast food take out spots. I had an excellent burrito from Good Life the first time I visited. This time I went with the salad The Grain of Thrones. It was very filling and not to mention a much healthier alternative from what I’m used to eating. Plus I'm a big fan of wordplay and Game of Thrones. Doesn't take brilliant marketing to pull my simple mind in. lol The food prep area being a bit of a disaster would be my only criticism. There was most definitely some cross contamination going on.

I’m willing to suggest that maybe this was off day but it was way off. Both salads we ordered had slimy lettuce the kind you don’t serve. Both quesadillas were soggy. Flavors were good though. The butter chicken poutine was tasty but also soggy. Upon delivery we were advised of their C rating. This was not worth the $100 I spent!

So many food options! I couldn't believe how much variety was available, between Indian food, tex-mex and fusion. I had the paneer dosas with sambar and chutney, along with the mango yogurt smoothie. Was very tasty, I was very full as the portion was large, and the price was good considering how much food was given. I would definitely encourage you to give this place a try Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options Parking: In a strip mall, lots of parking Dietary restrictions: So many options, as long as you're okay with items made in the same kitchen, it seems like any diet could be accommodated here

Absolute WORST food experience!! Arrived cold, dry and tasteless as it gets. The chicken was so overcooked I wondered if it was somebody’s heel shavings. The beef in the “American taco” was dry and had a strange colour and texture to it. It all smells fowl and tastes worse. HOW OLD IS THIS TRASH?? Had one bite of each and was going to give it to my dogs but I’m worried they might get sick. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS DUMPSTER RESTAURANT!!

The Mediterranean bowl with lime cilantro was good and the felafel tacos were great. I usually go for a meat taco but was feeling felafel and I’ll be coming back for those when in town again, loved the pickled onions on it. Didn’t like that on Uber it says the tacos are $5 each but then requires you to add a second for $4 more lol. Also vanilla crush was an option and I got an orange crush instead which I didn’t drink for $4 again. Thats only reason for my 4 star versus 5. Had I have gone in I bet these wouldn’t be issues though. Uber does suck so I’ll give you guys that ;

I usually am a big fan of GoodLife but today their food just wasn’t up to par. I ordered a quesadilla for someone and a butter chicken toastie for myself. The prices are always good for the amount of food you get, but todays chicken and beef were beyond dry which gave the impression it wasn’t fresh.
