Aqua Palace Spa & Pool

I am so happy I stopped in there today. I was having problems with my pool (not purchased from them) and they were so helpful. The supplies I needed were reasonably priced. I went home and did what they suggested and it worked. I wish I would have gone to them in the beginning. Thank you so much for all your help.

I needed help with my hot tub (which I regretfully didn't purchase from Aqua Palace - shame on me!) They were so kind to help me out, even when I didn't purchase my hot tub from them. I looked at their Marquis Spas and I know they are a fantastic manufacture, but I went cheap and bought a lower quality (and price) spa and I regret it every day. So thankful for their kindness though - I will be a customer for life & I WILL purchase my next spa from them, no questions!

Absolutely the worst place to do business with. Liars and cheats. Don't do what they say they are doing and will over bill you.

Just recently had our pool installed and they did a fantastic job! I wish I would have done a pool many years ago!

Great Customer service! Didn't by the pool from them my big mistake..... should have bought a splash ! When I had problems they where still there to help.
