Dean in customer service was by far, hands down, the most helpful, polite & wonderful employee I have ever experienced in any interaction at any company. He went above & beyond to accommodate me even though he didn't need to. Such a nice person. I couldn't be more proud that there are people like that in the world especially in Iowa. I will shop there forever just because of him. Dean, if you ever see this, thank you so much, I pray karma comes back around to you.

I called the floral department mid afternoon to order a delivered arrangement. I wasn't sure what I wanted just something bright and fun for a child. Connie was amazing! She put together an adorable bouquet and was able to get the flowers out that afternoon! She even offered to send me pictures of the bouquet before it went out. I can't believe the amazing service she provided!

It's a convenient place to shop, and the front end is most helpful! Megan, a front end manager, is really cute and has an awesome personality! She alone is a great reason to continue shopping at this HyVee location.

I was blown away when I walked into this amazing grocery store! Hard to believe the amount of beautifully presented choices of all varieties of food from produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, fresh fish and seafood, salad bar..... truly incredible! The store offers just about anything you can think of and some items you would never dream of! Even just fun to walk around and feel the ambience. I'm overwhelmed to find such an array in Council Bluffs, Iowa. There's even a nice Cafe inside the store! The employees were very friendly and helpful! What a hidden gem of a grocery store!

5:00 p.m. Saturday... check outs waaaaaay too slow and backed up. Otherwise a nice store.
