Kind of a mixed bag. Most of the people who answer the phone are friendly, but there is one woman who is just rude and makes you feel like you are wasting her time when you call. I always hope that the woman does not answer the phone. The want $150-$175 just to install a dishwasher downtown in a home that is already fitted for one, that's obscene. They did a good job on our gas fireplace but the tech had a bit of an attitude. They charged up the ying yang to come out and tell us that they could not repair our dryer and tried to sell us a new one. We got one from Sears instead.

The repair gentlemen came out in February and said they were ordering parts. He talked me into buying a whole washer and dryer from them as soon as this one was fixed. I was GREAT let do it. Oops sorry my washer parts never got ordered so it still leaks and now has ruined my floor. I will never use this place and never recommend them

Ken fixed my issue and uncovered my needs and wants. Overall good service. Phone operators were always friendly during my frustration.
