Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Customer service & engaging with customers has gone out the window. The fact that they have a tablet has good & bad points. Good that I wasn't sure when she was coming back, so I was able to put in another order because my chicken & shrimp was terrible. Bad that it is hard to keep your kids off of it because it has games. I think it could have been better.

Went to Applebee's to eat dinner. Sat In the bar waited quite a while before we even got noticed. Bartender seen us come in but didn't bother to even acknowledge us. The waitress finally came over we went to order and she told us that they were out of the steak. So we asked for the next size down. They were out of bake potato's.my husband said no we are good.cannot believe that a restaurant would be out food that we wanted to order. Then the waitress had a drink on our ticket that she told us they don't even carry.wow are you kidding me. Applebee's is going down hill, with poor service and not enough food. I will never eat there again.

The food was lousy and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Also it was freezing cold in there. We will never go back there.

Nice place to go for a middle of the road kind of meal. Service is friendly, could do with getting a bit quicker when they are quiet. Sweet potato fries are super yummy and crispy.

Watched the Seahawks beat up on the Cards with my boy at Burlington Applebees. Great food. Great service. Thanks Applebees.
