Applebee’s Grill + Bar

I got the bacon ranch chicken sandwich. It came with one slice of old bacon, one single rotten lettuce, and 2 pickles. Rotten chicken and barely any fries. Pictures speak for themselves. The shirley temple I ordered tastes extremely bitter and like chemicals. No cherries as advertised but if it tasted less poison-y it would've been fine lol

Food is okay kinda too salty but maybe it’s me ? . Service is excellent.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised by the wait time at the door. It wasn't what I considered busy but it seemed to be understaffed. Our waitress was friendly but not very attentive. We had a long wait for our food which arrived cold. Our drinks were never refilled and she did not return to check on us until she brought the check. The quality of the food was sub par, we had the three cheese penne with chicken. I was expecting real chicken but it tastes like pressed chicken . At least the restaurant was clean

This was horrible. The waitress was great and I feel bad for her. We were there for almost 2 hours until we left and said we weren't paying for our drinks. The manager offered no explanation why we had been there for 2 hrs and didn't get our food when we saw 10+ families come and leave. The bathrooms were worse than a truck rest stop and had gunk all around/in the urinals. The whole situation was terrible. We went to McDonald's so we could get the kids to bed. Horrible!!

We travel to Herkimer several times per month and go to Applebees often. All the staff is attentive and friendly but Erika and Jessica go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and hot. They make you feel like family.
