Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Waitress was terrible. Said computers were down and really unfocused. Ordered drinks and waitress only brought one of the drinks. She states she forgot my husbands drink which was the same as mine Pepsi. Horrible experience if I could give negative stars I would. We will never eat at this location again! Menus were filthy felt like I needed a shower after I left. Place has a terrible odor. Get it together Applebees!!

Good luck getting your food in a timely manner if you come anytime after 5pm. The wait staff takes quite a bit to even take drink orders. Once after waiting 30 minutes just for drinks I left.

I have to give it a 1 star only because that's the only way to leave a review. The service sucked, the chips with the spinach artichoke dip weren't even done and tasted stale. My Friend offer bourbon chicken and shrimp guess what there was no shrimp. We waited 16 minutes to even be greeted. Will not come back to this Applebees.

I wish I could detail the misery and days long experience I had fighting for my money back when they gave me the wrong order at carside to go, but I'm limited to a character limit. Bottom line? Check your order before you leave the carside to go area, don't believe them when they say they will make it up to you, and don't give them your credit card when you pull up if you've already paid online. Or just go somewhere else because if something does go wrong, this Applebee's is certainly not in any rush to fix it or rebuild your patronage.

Visited this location for the first and last time me and my daughter went for dinner soon as we got inside we was told it was a wait to be seated so i sat in the waiting area it seemed weird to be waiting because there where plenty seats empty but i didnt questioned it a white couple came i to the resturant shorty after and they guest service girl immediately seated the couple i asked for a manager and once he came over i asked what was seatimg policy he said first come first served i explained to him what had just happened he seemed as if it was no surprise he just tried to seat me the guest service girl was walking back over i asked her why was the couple seated before us she instantly caught attiude and said 3 tables had to be cleaned so i again ask her why was we still waiting and the other couple had a seat she brushed me off complaing to manager can she go home manager never defuse the situation he sat there and let her talk and complain about going home i told him i will not eat there and allow them to treat me and my daughter that way obviously this restaurant has a policy of segregating their customers by race after contacting their district manager i was offered a appetizer i was told the girl was new and they are sorry for her mistake racism isnt a mistake theres no way to be confused between 2 guest shes obviously use to treating people that way or thats the behavior she was taught to do at this time im seeking an attorney because a appetizer isnt enough i will never eat here they never said they will fire her that they do not tolorate rascism instead he offered food as if i would spend a dime there
