Buffalo Wild Wings

The hostess Eve, sat us in a timely manner. She was every nice and was happy to seat us with a smile. Our waitress Ema, was very pleasant and catered to our needs even though she was very busy. My friends tried the "Hot Wing Challenge" and failed but the staff and manager Deven were very friendly and he even got to take a little something home. Our experience was great and we will definitely be back!

Usually order online. about 80% of the time, the food is ready before they say it will be, the other 20% is sitting around with a dozen other people waiting for their orders. Granted, this is usually on one of their wing nights, so I expect it to be busy. Staff is polite, but the music is usually way too loud to hear them saying anything, or for the poor employee trying to take phone orders, with a finger in one ear, and the phone pressed against there head as hard as they can with a lot of repeating, and apologizing. The music is so loud, I won't eat in if it's on. It's literally so loud, you can't hear anyone you're with, the waiters, the bar tenders etc. All you can hear is the deafening roar of people trying to yell over the music at the person next to them.

Not a place to go if you want good service or good food. At least the ice tea was good. Luckily, they have plenty of televisions to watch. They give you something to do while you wait to have service to your table. I was lucky enough to watch a whole tv show after ordering my food and it arriving at the table.

Not sure what happen to the GREAT Buffalo Wild Wings food and service that was there when it first was built and a couple years ago. My family went there a couple days ago (take-out) they forgot someone's order and never said sorry never gave any coupons. This is happened on multiple occasions take-out or dine-in. They want you to pay for there "good service and special wings" but when the evaluation for one boneless wing is $.98 a pop it's almost not worth the hassle to go here and spend crazy amount of money and have bad service.

I love buffalo wings and Buffalo Wild Wings has them and more. With a variety of sauces from "Nice and smooth" to "I see dead people" - there's a choice there for everyone. My current favorite is the Garlic Parmesan. Not only can you get it on the wings (bone or boneless), but I have them put the sauce on their burgers. Great atmosphere, great food and great prices. And it's a family friendly place.
