Drive-thru line is always too long. Went in for carry-out and not a single customer sitting inside. Wendy's better look at their image... Why don't people eat inside like every other fast food place in a mile radius? My guess, the place is or feels old and dirty.

We're not very impressed with the remodeling of this Wendy's it makes you feel very cold! You have lost a lot seating for the customers. It makes you feel like you're in a cubicle and you don't want people eating there to be friendly and talk to each other

They have messed up my food countless times.I have given them chance after chance no matter what time of day you go they mess your order up.
