Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

I eat at Applebee’s restaurants very often, and I can say with confidence that this is the worst location I have ever visited.nnI ordered three different dishes cooked medium. Two of them were steaks, and they were cooked completely wrong. One was severely undercooked and impossible to eat — it was like rubber. The other one was burnt and had a strong smell of char and burnt food.nnThis was an absolute disaster. I honestly believe — no, I am certain — that you need to fire this chef.nnThe mashed potatoes were terrible as well. On top of that, the meat was heavily over-salted.nnPlease take this feedback seriously.nnTo anyone reading my review: do not come to this location. It is awful.nnI ordered this food to go. If I had been served this meal while dining in, I would have sent it back immediately. I would not have paid a single cent for it, and I would not have eaten it.nnThis was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an Applebee’s restaurant.

Jaicee G was absolutely outstanding. She was kind, courteous, attentive, and made our entire dining experience enjoyable. What stood out the most was how she interacted with our children. She took the time to talk with them, play with them, and made them feel important rather than overlooked. That level of genuine care is rare and greatly appreciated.nnShe kept our drinks filled, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made a lasting impression on our family. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Jaicee went above and beyond. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again. Five stars all the way!

Stopped by Applebee’s Grill + Bar in Rock Springs and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere throughout.nThe salad was exceptionally fresh, the beer was good and nicely chilled, and the overall atmosphere made it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. There’s also plenty of parking, which made things easy and stress-free.nOne of the biggest positives was that they were still open when pretty much everywhere else seemed to be closed, which was massively appreciated. Definitely somewhere we’d happily visit again.

Been to this applebees about 4 times now every time they have some kind of issue today only 2 servers in the whole place been waiting for food or any other service 30 min or so don't waste your time here plenty of other great choices in the area food finally arrives it's just as bad as the service ordered the steaks medium

My table of 3 people had Jaicee as a server, she was amazing the entire night. She is very attentive to her customers, had an amazing tone of voice didn’t sound like she was over it and wanted to go home super friendly was even interacting with the my 2 year old. Her customer service was 100% amazing. The food was amazing since it has been remodeled I actually got a steak the way I asked for it to be cooked not well done the broccoli was cooked all the way through which was amazing. Over all it felt like a whole new experience in there.
