Apple Store Sainte-Catherine

It was a great experience for the first time buying at this branch. I paid online and I came to the store to pick up the item. Upon arriving at this place I showed them my purchase receipt and right away they let me in. “Mask of a must” in a matter of 2-3 mins I got my item. It was a very quick transaction.

the worst ever, was raining outside, they will let my sister mentally disabled wait outside in the storm for just one person to buy, i wasn't asking for something free, what a shame for apple. Th manager has no contemplation of the situation, everything is Covid fault. not coming back ever to this store!!!!!

The bad reviews on here are so unfair the workers are well organized,really nice and super helpful. The guy who helped me out on monday knew his stuff I was in and out of the store with my purchase in 20 minutes.

Everyone at this Apple store is always really friendly and helpful. I've been multiple times and every time it's been a seamless experience. It's simple to get a reservation online so that there is no wait in line and once you get there everyone has to get their temperature checked and sanitize their hands.

Lots of attention to hygiene and social distancing here. I wouldn't recommend browsing during a pandemic, but the tech support is essential at this time. Remember to keep track of your serial numbers for all of your products. You will inevitably be asked to provide them.
