Unfriendly and rude staff, they were standing next to me the entire time to make sure I am not stealing anything. At the checkout they blamed me for stealing earrings even though I asked them to check all my belongings. Later the earring was found just at their counter. Do not recommend.

Dishonest sales person. Bought an item asked if they had a new one in a bag he stated no only one. As soon as we paid he opened new one and replaced in the display. Never buy anything from here.

Tax cheats. The sales guy asked me to pay cash, which I did but did not give me a receipt. Said I have to buy more than $10 if I want a receipt. He was cutting his nails at the same time. If you a tax cheat, then you might like this place. I pay my taxes.

Bad service! Super unfriendly for children. And I paid the cash they didn’t gave to me the invoice! They are tax cheat!!!!!!

I like this store since they have a lot of different phone appliance and I’m a regular customer but had the worst experience ever in 30 min of purchase I tried one of there phone/headphones adapter but it was a defect so when I went back to show them they told me I bought a old one not the new piece. I even told them to confirm with the resto I was in where I opened the package but they refused to even check. Until I got the official involved they finally changed it. Since I work in sales I understand the precautions we need to take but when there is proof of a claim why play ignorance? Well I’m still very unhappy since I had to prove that I’m not a fake *they even took my pic without my consent and without cause advice for everyone if you ever buy anything from there make sure to check in the store and in front of them. If you don't want to face a similar situation.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. The employees follow you around the store as the other employees eye you from across the room to make sure you aren’t stealing anything. I tried a case on my phone and the girl at the cash sent over the boss because she thought we were stealing when we simply were just trying the case. He snapped MY PHONE out of my hands, i told him i was just trying the case on since we’re aloud to do so after that I continued looking and he stayed there until i walked out of the store empty handed because i felt pressured to leave the store. If you want to be treated like a criminal go there!! :

I was a witness of this bad customer service. The owners don’t let kids touch their stuff, and it was an item that was not that breakable. All of a sudden the owner yelled and snatched the item away from the little kid and her mom, and the kid was crying. He said in a very rude and an uncivil way to the family to never come back to his store ever again. They didn’t do anything wrong. I’m never going to go there again after what I just witnessed.

Such a great store with so many treasures ! Prices are really good too

I wouldn’t give this even a one star honestly. I can already see they clearly don’t like customers but I recommend no black person shopping here, it’s absolutely not worth it. Came in with 2 of my cousins and apparently the whole store was on alert: Cash, Owner, Jewelry we were tailed the whole time and at every corner. Walk away people, this place is trash.

The owner scams tourists. Over chargers for items you can buy much cheaper from side walk vendors stationed in front of store. Watch out!!!
