Very inviting atmosphere, actually felt like walking into a study hall and as I was about to learn something new. The staff is helpful and listens to what you're actually looking. Got exactly what I came for.

I just called to this location and the representative was so rude like I am calling to get a phone of 2000$ okay the isn’t at the store would you like to place an order but for him to treat me like that. If I am bothering him he should quit. I worked at customer service so I know how it is to deal with customers and also just to have some respect when talking to someone. Now I just have such a bad experience that I think I will prefer to go get any other phone than to get that iPhone

I came here since i had problems on my airpods microphone, when tests were done i was told they failed the audio test and i wasn’t covered under insurance and i would need to replace them and pay a fee for it, luckily i was covered under insurance and the agent realized they made a mistake, they left me for 7 min and came back to say that the audio test was actually succesful do they just cleaned them instead. Prove to you they will try to upsell and not honor their policy when needed to.

This is the best Apple Store in Greater Montreal. Avoid the one downtown if you can and go to this one. The employees are much nicer and overall they know what they are doing. The design is better in my opinion too. It was quite easy to get an iPhone 13 Pro on launch day there, and one of the employees did their best to find my girlfriend a good phone plan if she didn’t want to pay the full price upfront.

Amazing friendly service. Always very busy but this store is very big so it never feels crowded.

I generally have good experience with this location but the last few times I’ve been, it’s been chaos in the service section. Many people with appointments waiting in line to be told where to sit, and then waiting quite a bit once you do get a seat. The staff, who is usually super friendly and takes the time with you one of the reasons we choose Apple! is rushed and blunt. They were supposed to call me about my air pods. I called them 3 times asking for updates, each time they told me they would be ready - they weren’t. And no one was calling me back. A day after they said they would be ready I received and email indicating that I could come pick them up. I’ll opt for a different location from now on.

Had some issues with an iPad order that I had placed that was not being resolved. Benson came in and was able to resolve the issue promptly and with amazing customer service. Very helpful and would strongly recommend dealing with him.

Shoutout to Alexandra for her amazing and customized service!! I came in with an issue on my iphone 13 screen… something about a possible internal leak affecting the software.. she did her best to find me the best possible outcome and I did not end up paying for anything thanks to her and her great service! Amazing and inviting team overall! Thanks Alexandra!!

Jean-François was absolutely incredible in every way when helping me choose the right phone for my needs. He was extremely insightful, patient and very kind - it was truly the best service I’ve ever experienced.

I was so excited to gift myself and iPad Pro with an apple pen for work. I came to pick up my order and it was such a chaotic experience. I entered the store and had to break a conversation between employees to get help as this was my first time going there. They almost seemed bothered. The strangest thing was that the women were staring me down as if I was bothering them. Come on ladies, a little woman-to-woman friendliness would be nice! There were so many employees yet they were too busy talking between themselves to help anyone. Weird vibes. It felt like I walked into a club filled with hormone driven hotties that couldn’t wait to jump on each other. Even my boyfriend was thrown off by this lack of service and vibe. I picked up my order and the employee didn’t ask if I needed anything else and left. I had to go to someone else to purchase an apple pen. They saw me struggling to find a place to store away my 12 inch iPad Pro and apple pen as I didn’t have a bag with me and no one offered a bag. They just chucked the items into my arms. Thanks for nothing! No wonder people are buying online. Here I was excited to pick it up in store to have a full apple experience. My mistake.
