I’ve been an Apple fan since my very first Mac back in 1984, and I’ve always admired the Apple Store concept. It has bright open spaces, clean design, and a hands-on experience that makes shopping feel easy and enjoyable.nnThe Apple Store at Dix30 delivers exactly that. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, ready to help without being pushy.nnI recently had some items in for repair at the Genius Bar, and while the wait times were longer than expected, I was very pleased with the outcomes. In fact, I received a replacement Apple Watch for the price of the battery. This solution was both convenient and a very happy surprise. The Genius Bar team has a tough job, but they handled everything with patience and professionalism.nnThe location of the Applestore is also very convenient on the South Shore, with plenty of parking and easy access to the other shops and restaurants in the complex. Whether you’re upgrading a device, picking up accessories, or just stopping by to explore what’s new, this store makes the whole process smooth. They also offer on-site training classes for their devices. Very cool.nnAfter all these years with Apple, I still appreciate how consistent the in-store experience is — and this Dix30 location is no exception.

I visited the Apple Store in Dix30 today and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding—very professional, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to the employee who helped me a Caucasian gentleman, shorter, with glasses and a hat. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This is hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

I went there after a terrible experience at the downtown one in the hope of it being better and it was a difference like night and day. The staff was kind, welcoming, friendly and attentive. The person assigned to help us huy my daughter's new iPhone was warm, funny & patient.

He’s very product-knowledgeable and was able to guide me to the resolution of my file with the right people on the apple support team. Even if it couldn’t be resolved in-store on the spot, I was able to get the support needed with a call the next day from apple support and move forward with my issue. A gem.
