Apple DIX30

As this was my first time ever to walk into an apple store. The whole process to buy something was not clear to me at all. Yes we were greated and directed to head into the corner of the store, but that was it. We wanted to buy earphones and had to ask someone, how do we pay? Now that I know it should be easier if I ever need to step inside an apple store. Hopefully not.

I visited this Apple store, but no one attended to me. The staff didn’t seem busy, yet no one offered assistance. When I asked questions, they just told me to wait. Even when some employees were chatting, they still didn’t approach to help. In the end, I had no choice but to purchase online. I own multiple Apple products, including an iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook, and iPad, and have always trusted the brand. I never expected to encounter such poor service.

Had issues with my new Mac mini and Nash was super helpful and nice! I still don't know if the problem was fixed fingers crossed but Nash was as helpful as someone can be and tried hard. Great service!

Genius bar has really given me hard times. I'm tired of workers not doing their jobs properly and just trying to brush the clients off. I understand there's many dumb issues that could be resolved but i've seen serious problems that could be resolved at the store. Simple troubleshooting isn't done. They can't help you find the problem specifically. I've spent hours trying to spot my the problem myself, but I can guarantee not everyone has this much time and knowledge. Just know if you go to the genius bar it's just another area to get money out of you. How is fixing simple head detection on my airpods max going to cost me 400$

Been to this store 2 times in the past year and never had a great experience all related to this no queue experience.nnFirst time, attempt to buy a new iphone and was told to wait at a table until someone come to serve us. Waited 30 minutes even asked another girl who is passing when it is my turn, she said just wait, then had to ask another guy who said i'm not even on list to be served. So I waited for nothing.nnSecond time, I want to buy an apple airpods, directed to the accessory section where the two people there are busy with other customers. I thought it is like buying iphone where I would be on a list to be served next/invisible queue. But turns out, you have to be a hawk and talk to them once they are free. Otherwise, they would just serve anyone else that is close to them or whoever they preferred. Two people came after me got their purchases done first because they swoop in before I could talk to any of them.nnIf you want to buy anything, expect to wait at least 15-30 minutes even for accessories. Don't ever be polite at this store, it would get you nothing but more wait time.
