Apple DIX30

As this was my first time ever to walk into an apple store. The whole process to buy something was not clear to me at all. Yes we were greated and directed to head into the corner of the store, but that was it. We wanted to buy earphones and had to ask someone, how do we pay? Now that I know it should be easier if I ever need to step inside an apple store. Hopefully not.

I had an appointment for a battery replacement. Overall not satisfied with the service because of slow service and not clear communication. First I was told I'll get a wire replacement because my old wire had problems. When I visited to get a new one after a few days, they said it's an exhnage!!! So I needed to give them my old wire before I can get the new one! I was lucky to have the old wire in my car from my last visit and didn't throw it away!nOverall, it was a disappointing experience. Will never purchase apple care plus again.

LOVED Nash's service at the genius bar. However, gotta be honest, if you're ready to pay a fortune for a computer that'll last you about 4 years, then go for it. Otherwise, you might wanna look into Dell. Very unhappy with Apple, I do not recommend them.

Great Apple Store with nice staff and usually not too packed. Other than the fact it’s a bit far from me this is one of my favourite places to pick up Apple Products

I was in the store yesterday to pick up two items I had ordered online. The gentleman I was dealing with was very polite and spoke perfect English. Once the items were ready he advised me that I had only purchased the apple care on one of the devices when placing my order I assumed the Apple Care applied to both. It was very much appreciated as this could have caused a lot of headaches down the road if something went wrong. I unfortunately did not get his name but it looked like he was wearing a Ted Lasso “Believe” pin. Very fast, very polite, overall great experience.
