I never go there and when i did the service was terrible. There was an Iphone case on special at 39.99$ I was ready to buy it when all of a sudden the employee says that the sale was expired. The product was placed at the highest rack where you can't even see the SMALL writing of the expiry date. Someone did not do their job by updating the pricing. He would not give it to me. Therefore, I ended up buying my case elsewhere. No wonder why I do not buy anything at this store.

Excellent service from both employees and the manager. They no longer had the model I had on warranty, gave me a more recent (upgraded) equivalent without a hassle at all, unlike other places. 10/10 service.

Terrible experience, I order a product for the first time online in this website and wanted to go pick it up over at the store. The tracking stated that my product has arrived and when I go to the store, the store clerk stated that my product has not yet arrived due to holidays. A week later I contact one of the Live agent on the website and they told me my product has arrived already. I go a second trip, where the same store clerk said that my product was not there. I explain my situation that the live agent stated that my product has already arrived. The store clerk seemed to be annoyed and gave me bad attitude and said that the people at the office and people at the store clerk are not the same. Not only that, mentioning that the live agents or people at the office are just gonna say "Whatever" or "N'importe quoi" in order to satisfy the customer. After all that, the store clerk ended with a very rude attitude and said "DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" with a very aggressive tone. That's not good service. Hopefully once I get my product, its the last time I order online and get it picked up at this store. Its better to go shop in another the source store, because this store clerk gave me the worse experience.
