Their rent is unreasonably higher than the same unit in other buildings nearby, however the building is poorly built and maintained so there are many problems with the water pipes and faucet ,cabinets, heating system, neighbor's noise and etc... The managers of the building do not care about any of the problems and raise their rent every year. The swimming pool is very poorly cleaned and maintained so the water is dirty. Overall this building doesn't worth trying, it's waste of money.

I lived in 6630 building in west sherbrook for only one month It was awful and terrible .There was a bad smell which was disgusting in whole floors.It is too noisy. All in all,I never recommend you to rent any apartment in this building.

People in the office do not provide support for repairs required. We had a problem from the first day, and it has not been fixed after ONE YEAR. The people in the office smile at my face, saying "We will fix it". ONE YEAR passed, NO FIX!

Management is extremely rude, incompetent, uneducated and discriminative. The rent is not worth the poor accommodation. Avoid this place at all costs.

This building is not secure at all and twice my Amazon package was stolen as soon as it arrived in the lobby and behind the door of my unit within half an hour. The pool water is very dirty! It is not possible to open the front door through a mobile phone! Because of the old building system!!! The building heating system is not good in winter! The parking lot of the building is a disaster! My worst experience of living in Montreal happened in this building.
