Warning - scam artists, not travel agents. I purchased a return ticket for my wife for travel to Taiwan in late October. The ticket was issued and used, all seemed fine. Then about 7 weeks later, I found the company had pushed through additional fraudulent air ticket charges from several different airlines totaling almost $3000.00. I've had to deactivate my credit card, and have reported the fraud to the necessary authorities.
