Kind and friendly sales associate. She walks me thru every product very knowledgeable.

Inferior product, numbers were completely erased from the ring bezel in a matter of few weeks. Waited over a month to have it replaced, had to send watch to Ontario when bezel simply snaps off and on. Numbers gone again in less time it took to get the watch back.

Amazing watch But the collections are less

Great customer service. But the most important things is price. Their price is much higher than online. If you want to purchase a $120 watch, you can also purchase a same watch online with $60.

Staff held a watch for over a week to accommodate me as I had to come from Abbotsford to pick it up. Excellent manager & customer service. Would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Their customer service is top notch. My wife and I were browsing for watches and the staff there his name was Kevin I think helped by showing my kids the kids watches, thus giving my wife and I the time to browse.

Clean and light shopping floor. Price is normal. Check out time is fast. Credit cards accepted. Employee is very nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Public washrooms nearby. Free mall parking available.
