I absolutely love croissants! They’re my go-to pastry when I’m in any coffee shop so of course I had to try Angus-T. Absolutely phenomenal croissants. So crunchy and flaky exterior and soft buttery interior. I normally get plain croissants but since they had so many flavours I had to try the raspberry dark chocolate one. Surprisingly not too sweet and the crème flavour was not too overpowering nor did it make the croissant soggy! The coffee was also very good!
Really nice bakery with freshly baked croissants with a twist. It’s unusual to find croissants stuffed with fillings not to mention with some many different choices of fillings. As a result the croissant is not as soft as the traditional buttery ones I suspect it needs to be a bit harder to keep the cream inside from spilling out. But it’s is so worth it!! My favorite is the earl grey croissant with such a delicate flavor, not too rich, and so moreish! They also do a variety of cinnamon buns, which are very nice as well. Full of cinnamon flavour and soft. The cream cheese that comes with the buns compliments the flavor very nicely! I would highly recommend this place.
Had a wonderful experience at Angus T bakery, very friendly staff! Was a little worried it could be too sweet for my taste. Perfect amount of filling & not too sweet at all, sooooo many flavours to choose from. On my 3. visit I wanted to try the lemon curd one but was already sold out. Definitely have to go back next time I'm in town, can't wait!
Fantastic baked goods. Croissants were flaky and buttery. The pistachio raspberry filling was very good. Cinnamon buns were also very delicious. They have many options and I need to go back and try the lemon curd version next. Prices were okay, can get pricey if buying a few items. Definitely gets busy in the morning but I waited less than 5min. Will definitely be back.
Amazing croissant bakery with so many selections! Their hazelnut coffee croissant is my favourite, I could eat 5 of those in a sitting. They always have a line when I pass by, but it goes by really quickly. Highly recommended you get a box with a few flavours.
French quality, FULL sized croissants are to die for. I prefer them to the hot, new croissant place Hazukido that just opened up around the corner. The croissants are bigger here and the quality is equal to superior, although they don't have as many flavor choices they have some other types of baked goods to make up for it though. I had their black sesame croissant last time and I think it just may he the best croissant I've ever had! The coffee was really great too. Nice atmosphere to eat in. Pleasant staff. I have no complaints.
They sell varieties of croissants and pastries. I ordered pistachio croissant and it was really good. Croissant was mix texture of crispy and soft. Pistachio cream tastes also good. The cafe looked popular and customers always made a line.
I tried the matcha green tea and earl grey croissants. It was incredibly delicious!!!! The cream was so light and smooth, and yet not too sweet. The butter layers were perfect and the crumb looks amazing! Reminds me of the croissant i had in France. Definitely a must try!
Like the variety of croissants that you can try every time. The prices are a little high but it worths, they have points system for getting one free after 12 purchases! The transparent glass to the bakery cousin is great to see how they bake them!
Tasty croissants found here. I went to try their croissants after watching one of Vancouver vlogs on youtube. I was skeptical at first but their croissants were one of the best I’ve had in my life. I tried green tea, dark chocolate raspberry, pistachio, double baked almond supposedly their best seller, and blueberry croissants. My favorite was green tea. I usually don’t go for donuts or croissants with filling but the croissants here were different, very tasty! In all honesty, it was good, but the price is not cheap so I am not sure if I will go regularly. I would definitely go more often if they lower the price a bit. 6 croissants even with the 10% discount was more than $30. Still five stars for the yumminess.
