Fabulous new spot for coffee and food. Only had coffee but excellent and highly recommend if you enjoy really good coffee Really cool mid century space and amazing vintage vehicles in showroom next door. Worth a stop if you are driving out that way. Lots of space to sit in or outside
Flat white and The Beaver breakfast with eggs over easy with bacon really good and added on extra sausages was delicious. My black coffee and waffle were good but could have been better if it was fresh...it was a little dry and just warm instead of hot. Service and atmosphere in the this lovely spot are the reasons for the 5 star rating. The owner stopped by to chat and the front counter staff were helpful amd friendly. We will definitely be back.
Cafe Bistro with a hip vibe and decor to match. Located in West Van off of Marine drive beside the old gas station. A favorite cycling stop, and for a good reason, the owner/manager was previously the brains behind Musette cafe in downtown really two separate locations. Coffee is superb, and the menu is very good, and rotates. Also a good selection of pastries and desserts. More of a vibe in this iteration, compared to Musette, with less of an obvious bike theme. Note the name Isetta denotes the little red BMW micro car parked in the entrance way.
Hidden gem in West Van… cool brunch place with nice cozy decor & with vintage car exhibits! Many cyclists pop in to grab a coffee & snacks! We had missed their lunch hours noon to 2pm & we just ordered chocolate brownie and lemon poppyseed muffin. Both are surprisingly delicious…… Not too sweet & still very soft n moist! Perfect to go with a cup of Americano!
Not a gas station, but the perfect place to refuel on most other things! Had a quick espresso here, which was on point - great quality coffee, served properly. Fast and friendly service. Seating is available both inside and outside. Great relaxing atmosphere, with very zen sound of a creek flowing nearby. For car fanatics, there is always great automotive gems to admire - whether in the showroom or in the parking lots. Amazing place enjoy a quiet Sunday afternoon! Parking: Parking can be found at the front and back of the building.
Isetta cafe has its own free onsite parking. I went during the weekend and it was really busy - lots of bike riders stop by to have coffee, and it's popular with families, friends and students. You need to join a queue and pay prior to ordering. The ambience is very nice, they have lovely china teacups, and they have a different menu at the weekend. The food came out pretty quickly, and was delicious - I’d give it 5 stars. I waited quite a long time for the chai latte though, and it wasn’t great. My friend’s coffee was also really slow to come. It seemed as though there weren’t enough staff working for the amount of demand they had. It would be great if there were more people attending, so that the line and rush doesn’t affect the quality of the service. I’ll give it 4 stars overall.
During week days is a very nice place to enjoy breakfast or lunch.. during weekends it’s so busy that one feels crowded. The place is super nice, clean and with a very warm and efficient staff. Their food is very good as well as their bread selection. We will come back soon…during the week.
Love this place but I am biased because I am also a car enthusiast – the collection of classic cars here is something else. Interior decor, ambiance, food and drink are all good. This is a nice addition to the coffee shop scene here but beware, parking can get difficult at times.
A great spot for an excellent coffee or an elegantly casual meal. Wife and I enjoyed a late lunch, steak frites was done perfectly along with a salad in the side. Service is prompt and friendly. You can take your pick between a modern dining space or enjoy their patio out back. A short stroll to the beach nearby as well. L2 Car charger on premises to give your EV a light caffeine hit too.
Absolutely perfect coffee! Excellent food, I just wish the brunch options ran all day on weekends. The spaghetti carbonara however was exquisite! Plenty of motorcycle parking too! Great new motorcycle cafe.Food: 5/5
