I went there for a sandwich, not for the famous Tim Hortons coffee. Don't waste your money. Go to Subway instead of Tim Hortons if you want a good sandwich and a decent meal. I was at Tim Hortons several months ago, around the start of 2022.
I’ve never reviewed a Tims, but had to come on here and say the morning staff here is soo kind and friendly. Always know my order and have such positive attitudes.
It's ok, tried the Beyond burger to see what the hype was about. Burger was fine but the bun was cold and fries were old. Sticking to doughnuts from now on, can't go wrong with those classics!
Service was totally poor, sply one indian girl she made my oder and forgot to add chicken and above that she started arguing and gave the wrong oder , please improve your customer service
They close their kitchen or run out of food ingredients hours before the mall closes. And the mall closes very early so it's hard for me to ever come here at a time when they actually have things.
The coolest branch I have been too is the Park Royal . I love Tim Hortons , resonable and yummy. I have to say Denman's branch was awful.
The owner of this timmy’s is the worst there is across the country for such an under staffed store! Timmy’s off my list at park royal for as long as I work here!
This particular branch of Tim Hortons really need to improve the standards. Ordered a dark roast and was terrible.
I’m an avid TH customer, in particular an outlet closer to home however as was at Park Royal decided to have my usual half regular half French vanilla at the outlet in food court in Park Royal south. After ordering I was surprised to see that a coffee that was already poured in a cup on the counter taken and it’s contents poured into my cup. I told the tween something aged attendant that’s recycling food and not only is it reprehensible and disgusting but illegal in Canada. She retorted that it’s exactly the same thing. To prove my point I noticed that being considerably less hot than normal I told her as I’ve paid for a fresh cup of coffee I want a fresh cup of coffee. She glared at me and until I repeated myself did not bat an eye or move a muscle. Finally and obviously reluctantly she asked another attendant to tend to my order. An absolutely disgusting practice and completely out of character for Tim Horton’s. Shame on you.
Staff are impatient and unfriendly, almost feel like by ordering food from them I am adding extra work for them.
