Angie Martens DeGroot - State Farm Insurance Agent

We talked to State Farm at a friend’s suggestion, after discovering how badly we were overcharged by our former insurer. We got a much better deal with SF, but were especially pleased to find such great service from our local office, Angie Martens DeGroot. Our experience of the staff at the office, from front line to the consultants, has been that they are friendly, welcoming, fast, and extremely professional. I was recently a walk-in at the office to ask about getting insurance for an additional vehicle, and the experience was the opposite of everything one dreads about insurance: there was no hassle, no pressure, no runaround, just quick help and clear explanations. Representative Vicki Fioretti in particular was expert, insightful, and speedy. I hope the office does excellent business offering this caliber of service; it should be a model for the industry.

Switching my another insurance company couldn’t be more seem less. Christina is a very professional and welcoming individual. She made it very easy for my wife and I to get the BEST coverage for our needs and a GREAT price! Her follow-ups are very prompted and keeps you updated until the end Highly recommend!

My wife and I moved to Kitchener a few months ago, and tried to find a State Farm agent to underwrite our auto and property insurances because we were clients of State Farm since we immigrated to Canada in 1996. We have checked the Internet and found the office with pretty good reviews. My wife and I are not familiar with a lot of terms about auto and property insurance and feel that this office is very professional, and people in the office explain every thing in detail with great patience, making those terms easier to understand. Thus, we strongly recommend this agency to everyone shopping for insurances.

Needed assistance with switching truck insurance, was greeted by friendly staff and was able to quickly receive friendly and helpful service from Vicki. An easy transfer that took no time at all. Highly recommended location to visit.
