I have been with this office a long time. They are very friendly and helpful. I was even able to have someone respond to me on the weekend when I needed assistance. I would highly recommend them!

Go anyone else but here. Very unhelpful they do not have your best interest in mind. Won't shop around you get what you get and that's it. I have never met a bunch of people so unhelpful. Lourena acts like you owe her something is very argumentative and will not take time to answers any questions you have. You have to call in 3 or 4 times before anyone will return your call. Very unorganized I cancelled with Rice and they (Lourena) never did anything with my paperwork and they continued to take funds from my account for 6 months after and it was a huge fight to get the money back . I could go on and on I have never been treated to badly by a broker. Clearly want you to take your business else where. I know a lot of accounts that are switching from Rice because of how bad the service it .....
