My husband had a great experience with one of the clerks, Kelsey! He said she was awesome . We had been to 2-3 other stores and he was referred to AS. As soon as he asked about the tool he was sourcing the girl knew exactly what he was looking for, showed him the tool Milwaukee fast back 6/1 utility knife and everything she knew about it. So, Of course He got one!

Excellent and friendly service from the representative in the warehouse. Knowledgeable and efficient. Prices for some ABS plumbing repair far superior to other places I visited e.g. Home Depot.
Unhelpful and disinterested in finding a replacement cartridge for a leaking tap. I brought in the old one and latterly asked if I could browse through their stock. Nope. Couldn't believe that a plumbers merchant didn't have the part I am looking for.
