I have used the parts and supply store, not the flashy retail storefront on the connecter. To access this department, enter from the backside of the store on Fitzgerald. They were able to supply me with what I needed, when no one else in town had the product.

I'm sure this is a great place for the trades, but I would advise home owners to avoid, unless you like being talked to like dirt. Very rude (playing on their phone while I try to talk to them, acting like I am taking up their valuable time) and hostile staff if you have any question or hesitation about what you want. Some of the more senior staff seem friendly and knowledgeable, but they aren't on the desk. I think if businesses so clearly despise dealing with the public then they should be trade-only, instead of taking our money and making us feel unwelcome. I certainly won't be returning.

Great inventory. stores up and down the island. Good prices. Sells to public. Whats not to love.
