Kelly was absolutely wonderful throughout our first-time home buying journey! She was always very positive and responsive, and we really appreciated how accommodating she was of our schedules. Kelly was excellent. We were naïve, first-time home buyers relatively new to Calgary so greatly benefited from her expertise. She has a deep understanding of the Calgary market and knows a lot of the technical aspects around construction quality. That was invaluable when evaluating the quality of a renovation and discerning potential issues. Her approach to valuation is realistic yet conservative. She was never pushy and always put our interests first including great attention to detail on negotiations with the seller around an appendum. Highly responsive, patient, thorough, and went above & beyond throughout the process. We would certainly use her again and recommend her to others.

As a first time home buyer, Kelly was extremely helpful. She was able to put all of my questions at ease and is very easy to communicate with both in person and via email. My experience with her has been exceptionally positive and struggle to think of anyway it could have been better.

Working with Kelly Fraser was an absolute pleasure, to say the least. With her help I was able to purchase my first home in Calgary virtually from my rental in Toronto. Kelly made the home buying process very simple and straightforward. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Ms. Fraser was there to address all of my questions. Kelly went out of her way to hold multiple showings in a day! and all I had to do was follow her along virtually. Before I knew it, I had become a first-time home owner overnight.
