Robb's No Frills

Staff is very rude and manager does not know how to talk to customers. When I asked to return the item she said it’s not frozen so she cannot return it. She didn’t even look at the product. So I opened it in front of her and showed that it’s frozen. Then she showed me the way out and asked me not to come to store. This is rediculous. I have been giving business to this store for past 7years and this is how she treated me. I would never visit that store again in my life. It’s not worth it!

I’ve been a dedicated shopper att this store because of its location and convenience but I have to say, most of the staff are rude and ignorant. When Shane and Tina took over, they should have let a lot of those oldnEmployees go and hire new staff who are friendly and happy to be there!! Most of those women never smile, are never friendly and have no common sense for long time shoppers. No complaints about the store itself, but the peoplenBehind the till, awful to deal with!!! It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it people!!! Learn to be more courteous and friendly!!! Would it kill you to say hello or have a nice day!! Or if someone says thank you, say you’re welcome!!! It’s not that hard!!! Where were you raised!!!

Very unprofessional customer service at check out. I expressed my concerns to someone who claimed they were the supervisor on duty and repeatedly told me there was no manager available and the response given to my concerns were also incredibly unprofessional. The so called supervisor was very aggressive and dismissed my concerns and provided several excuses why she deemed the behaviour of the cashier as appropriate even though she witnessed first hand the belligerent behaviour of the cashier and seem to encourage her poor behaviour while I was bagging my groceries. No resolution or direction to correct the aggressive handling of my groceries and the rude behaviour. They appeared to think my concern was funny and advised in a threatening tone that when I go to management that everything is on surveillance to prove they did nothing wrong. Absolutely absurd behaviour and communication skills, terrible customer experience.

I got 2 plastic bag with bread and vegetable . Cashier told me I can’t take the bag with bread these are for vegetable .I said ok and she said it will cost me 5 cent each then I agreed. There was another lady came in and started saying the same thing about the plastic bag in rude way . She could have asked the cashier that did she already explained me or no . I told her cashier already explained me so I know. She was like you need to bring your bag in rude way while I was paying for these 2 plastic bags. Then when I was coming out cashier was saying these people don’t know how to behave. What a racism.They should improve their customer service. That cashier was with the mask on her face . They should be more respectful with the people.

- Store has some good deals going on always, although I am not much frequent at this location; I have always found the store being kept well-stocked whenever I did end up visiting.
