They're great at charging your credit card; not so much at providing status, responding to emails or fulfilling orders.

Not only did Dale greet me wearing a tutu but he also patiently assisted me in installing the part which I had brought along. He also demonstrated why a separate part I requested was not needed. Great service/experience on the second visit to this business.

If you are driver of 53 ft trailer, please be aware that they don't have a dock to back up and worst is they want you back up from the busy street of two lanes,  each side,  with median,  with no help stopping the traffic!.

Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and the pricing beat many other shops in town. I also how a lot of their inventory is online *AND* it tells you if the specific part is available and in stock vs special order etc, plus they're open on Saturdays! Happy customer here, I'm sure to return!

Wait on hold for 30 min one time. Another 20 min. Parts on website aren’t in stock in Winnipeg. Absolutely disgusting!

Never ordering from here again. they give runarounds on availability and takes many days to respond to emails.  were supposed to provide a refund on an item and three weeks later still waiting. And as per your reply, I still haven't heard from anyone, even after I contacted a different department.  Like I said, really poor service.
