Wait on hold for 30 min one time. Another 20 min. Parts on website aren’t in stock in Winnipeg. Absolutely disgusting!

Never ordering from here again. they give runarounds on availability and takes many days to respond to emails. were supposed to provide a refund on an item and three weeks later still waiting. And as per your reply, I still haven't heard from anyone, even after I contacted a different department. Like I said, really poor service.
