I called looing for M5 stainless machine bolts which they had in stock. They weren't even officially open Dec 27th but he happened to be there, answered the phone and was more than willing to serve me. I was very appreciative and will shop there to support a local small business anytime I can. Thank you.

I'm giving 3 stars solely cuz I got my 10 nuts for free which was supper nice and not sure why. But the way I was talked to was rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. Or was it cuz I was a woman? It wasn't that different the first time I went in either.

Very rude employees. Hard to deal with them, non professional. They think they are the only store in winnipeg. Go to the bolt supply house, very nice people there.

AVOID AT ALL COST: i was provided one price for a product and billed another, when more information was requested the same gentleman that provided the original price stated that the product hadnt been that price in nearly 2 years, instead of honouring the orignal quote, he demanded the inflated price and refused to provide the product otherwise. BRIAN is hands down the singular reason that my company will NEVER shop here again! His rude, holier than thou and bitter attitude makes it painfully difficult to spend money here. Your sales person was very rude. Reading your reviews I can see you have a problem. You should review how customers are being treated.

Hard to deal with them, rude stuff. Conspiracy theories they're following by, makes experience even worse. If you want customers wearing something so at least you need to provide it because it's your rules.

This was my fourth and final stop looking for specialized bolts which are not in circulation anymore from two decades ago. The gentleman helping me found what I needed almost immediately, and then exchanged it for stainless steel when he heard the application was outdoors. Very happy customer :-

Have avoided this place for years due to rude staff. Just called because my preferred vendor was sold out of something, and sure enough the guy at Adam’s Supply acted like he was doing me a favor just by answering the phone. Went somewhere else. EDIT: hey Management - I see your reply… but not sure how you’re going to provide a better experience with the same unfriendly staff. The ones many have been complaining about for years.

Unfriendly staff. No enthusiasm. Still think masks must be worn and are effective. What a joke. They usually have the fasteners you need but very pricey.

Customer service is very bad specially the one guy working there is very rude.. this is not the first time dealing with the same guy..
