LCBO website says to come into any store to get the vintages magazine since Canada post is on strike. Went in and the woman says they done have that magazine. I feel like she didn’t even know what I was talking about.
“I’ve been to this LCBO multiple times, and each visit seems worse than the last. The store is extremely small, which means the selection is very limited. Often, they don’t have the brands I’m looking for, and the shelves can look quite bare. It’s frustrating to drive all the way here only to find out they don’t stock what I need.nnThe layout of the store is also problematic. It’s cramped and difficult to navigate, especially when it gets busy. There’s hardly any room to move around comfortably, and it feels very claustrophobic.nnCustomer service is lacking as well. On one occasion, I asked for help finding a particular wine, and the employee seemed annoyed and was very short with me. Another time, I was treated rudely when I inquired about a return policy. It’s clear that the staff could use some training in basic customer service.nnParking is another major issue. The parking lot is too small and poorly designed, making it hard to find a spot, especially during peak hours. I’ve had to park far away and walk, which isn’t ideal.nnOverall, this LCBO location leaves a lot to be desired. Between the poor selection, cramped space, and unfriendly staff, it’s just not worth the hassle. I’ll be taking my business to a larger store with better service and selection from now on.”
“My experience at this LCBO was far from satisfactory. The store is quite small and feels overly cramped, which makes browsing a hassle. The aisles are narrow, and it’s difficult to move around, especially when there are more than a few customers inside. This setup is not friendly for anyone with mobility issues.nnThe selection of products is very limited. Many of my preferred brands are rarely in stock, and I often leave without finding what I came for. It’s frustrating to visit a liquor store and find that they don’t have the basics you need.nnCustomer service is another significant issue. I’ve encountered employees who seem disinterested in helping customers. On one visit, an employee was downright rude when I asked for assistance with locating a specific item. It’s clear that some staff members are not interested in providing a pleasant shopping experience.
A good selection of products. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.
“I had a very disappointing experience at this LCBO location. The store is incredibly small and feels cramped, making it difficult to navigate, especially for those with mobility issues. The selection is quite limited, and many times, I couldn’t find the items I was looking for.nnOne of the worst aspects is the customer service. On several occasions, I’ve encountered rude and unhelpful staff. One incident stands out where an employee was outright dismissive when I asked for assistance. Another time, a staff member was extremely rude when I was returning some items. The parking situation is also frustrating, with very limited spaces and a poorly designed lot that feels like a game of Tetris.nnOverall, this is one of the most poorly managed LCBO stores I’ve visited. The combination of poor service, limited selection, and a cramped environment makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. I would rather drive to a different location than return here.”
