Simple & quick check-in, always flexible room availability. Lovely rooms, nice air conditioning. Clean and comfortable sheets and towels. Loved the Jacuzzi and toiletry amenities. Lovely pool with hot tub & shower room and yummy breakfast with plenty of beverage options. Close by grocery stores, restaurants and a Starbucks Front desk could be a bit more friendly but other than that great stay

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was awesome and in a perfect location for me! Staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Ky at check in and Chris on Thursday morning. The hotel was just a couple of miles from the friends I was visiting - less than 5 minutes away, so very convenient. Next time I'm in the area and need to stay overnight, I will definitely stay here again!

Standing water in shower when showering, Fridge was loud, floor badly need a shampoo done to it. bed was very hard, one of the beds was curved so badly i switched bed, Bath fan didnt work at all so the room go very hot and humid right after showering for hours! Tv couldnt be changed to work off the HDMI port so i could watch things off my laptop.nnStaff was great tho. Loction was good. Bedding was very clean. Lighting was good.

The location, near a lot of places to eat, shop, and visit, was great. The service was also great with friendly staff. Be advised that the lamps have plug ins to charge cell phones, but ours did not fit, so the furniture needed to be moved to plug in a standard outlet as there was no USB connection for charging.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in April 2024 for one night. Check in was a nightmare took over an hour and the first room we were given was already occupied by another guest. After we checked out we realized that both of our credit cards were charged for the same room for one night. When I called to try to resolve the situation they told me to call my bank which I did and I disputed the charges which were ultimately declined and I ended up having to pay. Called the hotel again today to follow up and received the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. My advice is stay at your own risk if you want to be treated like garbage and flush your money down the toilet! I am usually a very kind and patient person but this hotel is clearly taking advantage of people.
