Days Inn St Cloud

Used syringes in the parking lot. Heard people having sex all night in the room next to ours through paper thin walls. Must have been a long night they woke up fighting at 5 in the morning until we decided to just leave at 8. Worlds oldest box TV covered in dust which did not lead us to believe the room had ever been cleaned. Spoke to management about our poor conditions and that we were unhappy with our stay and they simply told us " yeahhh.....a lot of homeless people stay here.. We're trying our best..." then said have a good day. Spend the extra 20 bucks and stay somewhere nicer

The health department needs to come check this place out. The room was gross found green pills on the floor and a dirty cup in the window cell. When to use the pool a couple was having sex in the hot tub. The pools where super cooled and when I did get in the hot tub the water wasn't even a filter level. Gobs of hair floating in the water. Pay the extra $$ and stay at the holiday inn a cross the street.

I felt the room was clean and nicely done. The pool area was very nice and the kids (even the big kids) loved the water slide. Overall a nice place to stay. The reason my review is only 3 stars is because of the staff working last night. She was very rude especially to our kids. Very insulting. Especially when asking for some extra towels. They are extremely strict with the towels so if you plan on staying I would suggest you bring your own towels for the pool. For our 2 rooms we had 4 pool towels to use between 7 people. The cleaning staff was very friendly. Just one blond woman working the service counter that was extremely rude.

It was the worst place to stay. I thought it would be a good place. They gave Days Inn a VERY BAD NAME. Our room was trashed, dirty towels, dirty wash clothes," and DIRTY SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES. Our room wasn't serviced while we were out. We DIDN'T have any sign saying NO SERVICE. The pool area had food around the hot tub. I also got hurt when the plastic chair broke and stabbed me in the side. I was holding on to the arms of the chair and was about to sit and it broke. The ambulance and first responders (fire truck) came to have me looked at. After they left another family found 3 other chairs broke. The pool area the little pool for toddlers wasn't working they had caution tape around it. It looked like a crime scene, plus the hot tub jets didn't work. My kids like the water slide but it pinched there backs.THE ROOM DIDN'PT HAVE EXTRA BLANKETS OR PILLOWS. WE WON'T EVER BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.We told one of the managers about the room and showed her and all they did was took $75.00 off the bill and the Wifi didn't work on any of our devices and we told the one of the mangers and they told us that it was our devices.

Non smoking rooms placed on same floor as smoking rooms. Pretty sure my non smoking room was actually used for smoking, a lot. Lots of old fixtures and furniture with plenty of dents and dings. Internet was not useable the majority of the time, nothing your own hot spot. For the money they charge you could be staying in a nicer place. Room with 2 beds had some good space but bathroom was small! I wouldn't recommend this place to people.
