It was very upsetting to show up without warning that the Slide was down as well and the hot tub was not heating. The pool was warmer than the hot tub.nIt's very expensive to stay a night and when you have a party of people staying more than one group of parties, I would think you would make sure everything is working properly. I don't think we should have been charged full price.nnYour updates to the rooms and such are very nice. It's a comfortable place to stay. The staff is great!nnNext up date the water park... then you raise the prices.nNot sure I will be back and it's very disheartening since we have come here for years to celebrate different holidays and never had a problem.nYou could pay the same amount in the cities and have way more water park.

Overall, the stay was good. There was a good breakfast, and the room was decent. My only “con” is to beware of booking this hotel if you plan on spending any amount of time in the pool/hot tub. I don’t know what kind of chemicals they are using- but it made mine and others eyes burn terribly. I ended up needing to take an allergy pill because the burning would not go away. This is not something we’ve experienced at other pools/hot tubs before.

Doesn't say online you can't have more then 5 people here I had my kids here for their birthday and only had 4 people staying and they made me buy another room witch I didn't use to have people here I tried to talk to them nicely to figure something out cause it didn't say that online and they were just nasty with me I will never get a hotel room here ever again and wont be coming every Sunday anymore. And will be telling everyone Ive had coming there to stop also very disgusted worst experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Go somewhere else. The front desk was a joke absolutely rude. I have much more I could comment but I don't wanna write a story save your money.

This is a good place to take your one year old for the night to play in the kiddie pool and on the kiddie slide. The two other pools are nice and clean also. The hot tub was being cleaned while we were there, but I did not mind. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub, which was also nice and clean.nVery nicely renovated lobby area where they have a basic breakfast in the morning which was good. The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. Staff was kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great time during my stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and the areas were well-maintained and clean. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
