Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Eau Claire Chippewa Falls

This is a clean new hotel. The staff is really polite and helpful. The breakfast has a really good selection of options. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head. It either sprayed too wide or was a pulsing jet.

All the staff were great! I had a few special requests and they jumped and made it happen before I could finish asking! Even in the morning when getting my breakfast the staff working that area greeted me each morning! Room was very clean, comfortable, updated, and left nothing to be desired. I travel quite a bit and use Fairfield Inn often....This one might be the best Fairfield Inn I have ever staid in and it beats the other competition as well. Thank you!

It was the standard Fairfield Inn experience. There was nothing that made this property stand out in either a positive or negative way. Don't get me wrong, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The fact is, that's my default expectation at a Fairfield Inn... That's why I stay at them.

Very clean rooms. The staff was extremely friendly! I'd definitively stay again.

I really liked the hotel. Great location and good continental breakfast. I loved the exercise room, but small pool with no hot tub.
