Everything at Ambleside Animal Hospital is world class - the DVM's, the facility overall, front office services, key reminders via text & email, invoicing, support with pet insurance claims, referrals and outpatient care. Dr Anne Irwin has been my dog's vet for the past 8.5 years and she's truly amazing. Dr Carla Wilkie has also done wonders for my dog's back with chiro and acupuncture. Thank you for always having our dog's best interest at heart and sincerely caring.

Wonderful, caring staff at the top of their field. I appreciate their knowledge, patience and often holistic approach to treatment that isn’t drug-first, and addresses environment, behaviour and communication, which helps me to help my dog. Example: My aging dog hasn’t been sleeping well, especially during storms. I brought him in for an exam in January. Instead of just prescribing sedatives, the vet recommended night lights and a white noise machine, as he might be starting to lose some vision or hearing. We are trying it and so far so good! The service is costly compared to many other vets on the North Shore. It’s 100% worthwhile, but if you’re on a budget, definitely ask for fees before jumping into treatment; the staff doesn’t usually communicate that info during the appointment.

A great group of caring pet lovers we highly recommend. Sadly, we recently lost our boy but sincerely thank Dr. Chris for all his years of care and Dr. Anne and Tessa for their compassion at the end of Hunter's life.

We've been with this vet's office now for around 2 years and are really pleased with all the services we've received. Dr. Liz Sang is thorough, kind, calming and very helpful. She took time out of a very busy schedule to chat with us and made sure we understood everything. The office is great, Dr. Sang is phenomenal.

Dr Anne came to our house to help us say goodbye to our dog Charlie, her compassion and kindness helped so much to get through this very tough and emotional process. And to be able to have Charlie comfortable and happy to the end was priceless. We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone needing to let a pet go.

Dr. Irwin and Dr. Sang are my go-to vets here. They are both SO gentle with my senior dog and ridiculous cat. They give me good and well balanced advice and I trust them implicitly at this point. I know my pets are safe in their hands, and I'm a VERY anxious and suspicious pet parent. I have seen other vets on occasion when necessary and they were all kind and competent.

Great Vet, they have reasonable treatment options to keep your pet healthy without wasting money. Dr. Bridges is awesome.
