Amano Kitchen

When I'm in town, this is my hidden gem of a getaway within the city. Quaint tables are nestled away with mood lighting and ambient music. I couldn't be more pleased with the food! I couldn't help myself with having some garlic bread before snapping a pic. Amanda, RJ and the other staff are always pleasant and provide prompt service. I like to stow away and work away from the office, and they make the best Almond Milk Cappuccino's I've had. The froth was heavenly. Thanks again for the extended lunch and office away from the office. Looking forward to being back soon! A must for anyone who wants take away, a romantic dinner, or to try something new in their own backyard.

1 The calamari, and the dessert platter was absolutely delicious. 2 The pasta was average, not as much meat as I expected in it. 3 Ragotini came with a side of delicious garden salad Dessert - my favourites: cannoli, tiramisu, apple mascarpone cake WOW delicious!

This place is heaven. We ordered two cocktails which were good. Since I am a vegetarian, I had to ask whether there is anything for me; to which they said yes. Megan suggested me to have Truffle Potato pizza slice. So, I ordered Truffle Potato and Veggie Delight pizza slices. I must say, the flavours were bursting in my mouth. Both of these pizza slices had unique taste. The portion of the slice was quite good. I was almost full with just one slice. My husband ordered Amano Burger; it comes with Amano fries as a side. He said that this is one of the best burgers he has ever tried. And the showstopper was Amano fries. I have never had such sumptuous fries ever in my life. It was pure delicacy and flavours were just of this world. We also had Mascarpone Apple Cake as a takeout. I tried this dessert at home, warmed it up a little bit, and topped it with a scoop of Vanilla icecream. The cake was spongy and sweetness was perfect for me not too sweet. Megan suggested most of the items to us on the menu and served us very well. She is very sweet and courteous. I would recommend Amano Italian Kitchen to everyone.

Stopped in on a whim to try it and it’s hands down the best chicken parm I’ve ever had! The fries are above and beyond just run of the mill side fries with parmesan and truffle sauce. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was perfect after a morning of shopping and the staff were exceptional! Probably my new favourite place to eat! Will definitely recommend and be back!

Due to the pandemic we ordered in from Amano’s their food was delicious. We ordered the veal sandwich and Amano Caesar salad. Both tasted very good, the veal was tender but the portion sizes were a little small especially for the salad and compared to the veal sandwich from California sandwiches. Other than that very good and would return to try more!

Been at Amano more than 3 times, and it has never disappoint! Chef Jacky is amazing and I strongly believe other chefs in the back are fantastic as well, because the food deserves 6-stars! The girl server named Yumihopefully I spelled it right was very attentive and made sure we were having a great time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Italian food and original dishes. You can tell there are lots of effort and talent with the plating for each dish. Not your typically franchise food, worth every dollar you are paying. Definitely coming back again. Top notch service, food quality and amazing Chefs!

Pretty good first experience here, service was polite & food was tasty.. pasta a little bit hard for my liking but I believe it was as it was supposed to be. I tried the Tiramisu but I didn’t taste any liquor as there would be traditionally but still stated good.

Fantastic food and service, in an open mall setting. We had a party of 6 and the servers were helpful in explaining their menu. Their ham and brie crostini was delicious, as was their lasagna and everything else!

Wow. We had high expectations and let's just say the food fully exceeded them. Ravioli to die for and some of the best fried calamari I have ever had hands down. Cannot wait to be back over and over again. An absolute must try.

Food was generally tasty. It was served quickly. We asked for kids menu and none was available. Which is fine, but I wish they tried to come up with something for my youngest. That's where true 5 star restaurant would try. Also portions are relatively small, so make sure to account for it.
