The pizza was soggy and completely raw inside. When I called the store about this they refused to accept that the pizza would be undercooked because it looked cooked from the outside. Took 30 mins for them to accept that it "may" be raw and didnt want to discuss further on it. It's happened multiple times at this location, terrible experience, do not recommend at all.
I had Morgan help me out today, she was the absolute best! So was the rest of the staff : they made everything so easy for me. Thank you so much Morgan for all your help! The best Pizza Hut location hands down! :D

My favourite pizza has turned into the most outrageously overpriced pizza I've seen. Add to that their pizza isn't half as good as their old recipe. Also, none of the Pizza Huts in my area ever honour the national deals that are constantly advertised on t.v. yet don't seem to exist in real life.
Terrible pizza at premium prices. Will never order from there again. Way overpriced for poor quality and taste

Just finished having covid and finally getting my taste back. Starved myself all day so I could get pizza. Decided to stick with Pizza Hut because I was being a fatty and it was cheap. Got the pizza. Fries were burnt and gross. Then I looked at the pizza and it seemed that there was no pepperoni. I called and she said it was “under the cheese”. I looked and it was but there was like 2 pieces…. And the pizza was gross anyways. The lady on the phone was SO RUDE and was yelling at ME for the gross pizza they made. The chicken bites were good honestly. She said I would get a refund in a week but probably won’t considering how rude and hostile this woman was on the phone. Don’t order from here. Spend the extra money and get something good. Employees don’t yell at paying customers that’s not how it works. Had the women been nice and apologized, I would have not cared and let her keep my money and tip but the fact that she was screaming at me the customer was not right. Disgusting. I’m honestly scared that she has my address because this woman was so aggressive I fear that she will come back and hurt me.
worse location ever!! I just ordered and picked up, I waited for almost 1 hour for burnt dry bread! I can't even call it pizza I had to throw it in the garbage can't eat that so disappointed. I will never order here ever again !!!!!
There's no dine in. Stood there like 10 minutes before someone came around corner to help. Even though there were 5 other staff standing around. I guess only a cashier is allowed to greet you.
Genuinely the best Pizza Hut that I have ever been too. I ordered for pick up and made a mistake while ordering and the manager Morgan quickly corrected my order while being not only efficient but also extremely pleasant. Most pizza huts are greasy as heck but this location crafted my order to perfection. Amazing crust, toppings and presentation. I would rate 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend for some quick late night grub. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the customer service from the manager but also from the other members of the crew. Keep on doing what you guys do!
