Really enjoyed the atmosphere, music, drinks, food here hence 5 stars! A bar, taco bar, and serving mostly Mexican food but with a modern twist...Happy Hour during the week and all day Sunday, great prices, the food is served up quick from the kitchen & is tasty. My only complaint is there needs to be more servers for when it gets really busy to alleviate a long wait for service plus the servers are run off their feet. Like a vacation on Main Street! Bon appetite!
Stopped by for late night tacos on Friday! My husband and I really enjoyed the drinks and tacos! I liked the shrimps taco the most. He liked the Birria ones! His Paloma drink was really good! Great service too! Will be back when I crave late night tacos!
I just stopped on for Happy Hour Margaritas but I plan on coming back! The drinks were fantastic; just the right amount of boozy and they accommodated my request for a full salt rim- yay! Wasn't hungry at the time but I need to come back and hope some veggie options! Service was great- attentive without being in my face or having to dance for attention lol. Everyone looked like they were having fun too which does make a difference to me. I rarely go back to a place even if food and drink is great, if the vibe is toxic. If this place had a patio it would be at the top of my list. Ah who am I kidding? I'm coming back regardless. 5 stars once I try the food!
Walk by every week and decided to catch the Canucks game here. Yummy margaritas and tacos. Saw only one server for the night and she was amazing.
Great Neighborhood pub! And my go to spot now that 5-pts gone. The menu is great but needs some explaining.. they have ?3? kitchens, so I think the menu is divided up by which kitchen you are ordering from. Good was great as well!Food: 4/5
Got the fried chicken spice level D with a side of fries, it was pretty juicy and crispy. I feel like it could’ve used more seasoning but overall it was a good fried chicken. The fries aren’t as crispy as I expected them to be, and something with the oil the restaurant uses made them taste a bit stale? The beer selection is pretty good, and I can’t wait to try brunch here one day. Overall I’d return, it’s a good place to have a bite with friends in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The staff are also attentive and helpful!
Update: The fried chicken is good! Went here during their soft opening. Lots of potential here. They did a great job remodeling the space from the previous Splitz burgers. Lots of craft beers on tap with a decent selection of wine and cocktails. The main food event is fried chicken and Cannibal Cafe burgers. Didn't try the fried chicken...yet, but the burger is still a standout. Very friendly staff that gave me a quick tour of the establishment. Loved the ambiance. Definitely a place to check out live sports. Lots of TVs that are not intrusive at eye level. Plus, a wrap-around TV screen directly above the bar. Really intrigued with what that screen can do. Looking forward to heading back soon!
Great food, nice environment. Came by for weekend brunch with my partner and we enjoyed it thoroughly! We’ve also come in for the chicken tenders for an afternoon/evening snack with a glass of Prosecco and it was great! Shout out to Alex for the lovely chats.
Great service, 10, good chicken, everything else falls flat. Highway robbery for what you are charging for the size of the poutine. Still starving after spending 13$ on this LARGE poutine. Money better spent elsewhere. **Sorry my mistake, as per below this bowl of fries is 10$, not 13.
What a great little spot. Awesome beer selection, great food, friendly service, cool atmosphere, and a really cute garden patio out back. We'll be back!
