Worst Place Ever. Their client service is very Bad. They can't even converse in English properly. Not recommended to visit.

This place is full of workers. Not all are insurance agents so if you're in rush you might be better off at another location. Books and files are strewn out over desks here, but they can converse in Punjabi/Hindi and of course English if you need to converse. Service is great once you get to an agent. They were professional and fast once they've mailed down your needs.

The worst customer service I ever had, and its big no no, don't give your bank information to them, they charge whatever they want and if ask them they show there actual face. There are lot of good insurance people out there. These people are complete spam and thief, I am going to report them. I got the case file against them. But all the people who can read this post, please spread the words.

Google maps shows this place as being in coquitlam. It's actually in surrey in a different address.
