Would rather scam someone out of their money instead of taking the time to fix an issue. Grow up and realize your customers are there so you have a home and food. If you mess up on something of course you shpuld fix it.

Had a FANTASTIC experience here!! I called ahead b/c I needed a very specific wig but didn't want it to be crazy expensive. They had exactly what I was looking for at a super reasonable price and the owner is incredibly sweet. I would absolutely recommend going here for all your wig/extension needs!

Not only did my sisters hair turn out the way she exactly wanted it to be, the service on itself was 5 starts! The ladies are so welcoming and fun to be around... So the 3 hours I spent sitting and waiting was not at all bad. Hands down the best place to get your hair done in vancouver <3

Stopped in at this salon a few weeks ago in search of braiding hair and was pleasantly surprised at the variety from braiding hair to weave and crochet styles. I found what I was looking for at a very good price. Good customer service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Im very picky about who I let do my hair and extensions are a big investment. Went to all class and had AMAZING service!!! Colour match was perfect, fast service, and well priced. Thank you so much!
