Looks shifty, but my parents used to bring me here as a kid, popped in, one of the male hairstylists did a nice asian layered cut for me for $10 comparable to my usual $40 haircut in richmond, mostly older people speaking cantonese, given it's location on victoria drive, but nice, cheap, short waits, and hairstylists are able to do hair pretty nicely
