I've been going to Craft for years now, and I seriously treasure my time there. From the minute you walk in the door until the moment you leave, you are treated kindly and professionally by all of the staff. It has a real neighbourhood feel- it's like everyone there knows you and is your friend. Ally has been my hairstylist for 18 years, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She knows her stuff and I always leave feeling amazing. She has also been great with my kids from the time they were babies and through their childhood. She is patient and treats them like their own little people, and they adore coming to see her. My kids and I have recently had the pleasure of having Heather work on our hair; she is kind, listens to what they have to say and gentle with them. I have been going to Marissa for a year now. She is meticulous and spends the time to get the look that I want to a T. I have a lot of hair, and she never fails to do a perfect balayage and haircut. Marissa has provided a lot of helpful knowledge over the past year to manage my hair, and I feel like the quality of my hair has improved because of her. Renee is absolutely magic! I have the darkest black hair and had it bleached and coloured for the first time with Renee. She is always so patient and attentive in working with me to achieve exactly what I envision and listen to my concerns. She gave me the most gorgeous colour transformation as well as a beautiful cut and style and I have never had so many compliments on my hair! Tanya is an incredible business owner and ALWAYS has something new and creative to share with her clients. Sylvia is my stylist extraordinaire for cuts, colours, wedding hair, and belly laughs. My daughter who is 9 years old and had a wash , cut, blow dry and she was over the moon with her hair.
