Save the Date Beauty, Vancouver & Destination Mobile Stylists specializing in Weddings, Engagements and Special Events. We began with the goal of uniting our love of fun and laughter with helping women look and feel beautiful. We love what we do! Together, with our incredible team of makeup artists and hair stylists, we have the ability to not only leave our clients feeling gorgeous but to sweeten their special day with our dedication to creating a sense of ease and whimsy.

Shaina and Kristy did my hair and makeup for our intimate wedding in June 2021 and I can't say enough good things about them! Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they are so kind, calm, funny and a great presence to have around on your wedding day! After my hair and makeup trial I had a few changes I wanted to make and they came completely prepared on the big day. My bridesmaids and I all loved our hair and makeup! 10/10 would recommend them!

My entire experience with these lovely ladies was amazing! We had three different wedding dates because of the pandemic and they were patient and accommodating every postponement. I am not one to wear make up on a daily basis and knew I wanted a more natural look on my wedding day -they were very helpful educating me and assisting me with making choices that gave me the look I wanted. They truly helped me realize my bridal vision id been dreaming about for years. They also were super efficient on the day getting through all my bridesmaids and MOB’s hair/make up in record time. We used Save the Date Beauty for our wedding this past summer and they were amazing! I loved my look at the trial but decided to change it up a bit for the wedding day. The girls listened to exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly! We were a large group of 9 women needing hair and makeup and we were actually ready early! The Save the Date Beauty team is professional, organized and very easy to get a long with. This service is AMAZING! I had Paige Mandin as my wedding makeup and hair stylist in February of this year and she was so fabulous and sweet. Not only did she listen and recreate exactly what I asked for on my wedding trail and the big day but she was such a delight to work with and we were laughing together the entire time. My wedding was a little untraditional in that the entire wedding party got ready together so there she and I were in the middle of the dining room with everyone including the groom wandering through and it didn’t phase her at all. My mom even had a moment where she couldn’t get her hair perfect and Paige stepped in to add a few finishing touches and save the day. Truly everyone loved her and she felt like a friend a really, really talented friend. I would recommend and use her services again in a heartbeat. Jessie did an amazing job for my bridal make-up and hair this past August. She had no problem making changes if I didn't like something we tried. As someone who doesn't tend to wear make-up, I was looking for a subtle look on my wedding day, and she completely understood that. I was very pleased with the result, and my curls even survived the intense fog at the top of Grouse Mountain that day.Services:&nbsp;Bridal services

I do not wear much makeup and my hairstyle is just whatever gets blowdried into place. For my wedding, I wanted to look my best, but still be recognizable in the photos, so anything with contouring or airbrushing was off the table. Save the Date Beauty's lookbook matched what I was looking for with a natural and elegant look. They were very responsive and very flexible with scheduling. I booked a trial session the week before the wedding with Kristine and Jessie and they were so easy to work with as we settled on the look for the big day. They tailored the look according to what I needed and made sure I felt amazing, such as modifying the lash extensions to not press against my glasses. I also booked hair & make-up for some of my family so we could all get a chance to look and feel our best. The day of the wedding, Jessie & Kristine were there on time and tailored the look to each of our needs. I used Save The Date Beauty for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I was paired with Paige and Naomi and they did an excellent job! I couldn’t have been happier with both my hair and makeup. As someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup I was worried about not looking like myself but they did such a wonderful job making it look natural. They did my bridal party as well as both mother of the bride and mother of the groom and everyone looked amazing. They were quick and efficient and got everyone done with lots of time to spare. Kristy and Shaina are two best friends who are amazing at what they do.  There are lot of talented hair and makeup artists out there. If you like full-on really heavy makeup, perhaps look elsewhere. Kristy and Shaina are all about keeping you looking like a better version of yourself, but still staying recognizable! The first thing they said to me when I met them was, "We like to keep things natural, and we don't want to cover up your freckles!" That sold me, because my fiance now husband adores my freckles.  On the day of our wedding on BC's Sunshine Coast oh did I mention they travel to the gulf islands and the sunshine coast!?, Kristy and Shaina did their magic. I cried happy tears dozens of times that day, and somehow my makeup stayed put all day and night. They also did my mom's hair and makeup and my bridesmaids' hair which all looked amazing - and their hair types ranged from to stick straight to tight curls.  I would 100% recommend Save the Date Beauty if you want a stress-free, natural, best-version-of-yourself bridal look.
