I bought a used car from Auto Luana. An Audi Q5 2013, with 185000 km. The car was clean, drove great with no rattling or any other noise keeping in mind the mileage and the inspection came out clean. A week later, it was extremely cold and I got a check engine light. I communicated with my sales reps, Sam, who was super helpful and arranged an appointment with the mechanic. After inspection, he said that the catalytic converter needs to be changed. They scheduled an appointment and everything was fixed without any extra back and forth. Excellent service. I am happy to say that I recommend buying a car from Auto Luana.

It was my first time purchasing a car and Auto Luana has exceeded my expectations. The owner of the store is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Sam sales representative was simply awesome he has help me find the right car for my need and went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal! It was like being advised by a trusted friend. I'm so Happy with my new Toyota Venza. I highly recommend this car dealership.
