We were there for a week and we loved it!! The time seems to stand still while you're there. I didn't even mind that I had no phone service at all. The only thing I would like is a better playground area because everything in the kids area is a bit rusty and old.

We stopped here for the night, and we were glad we did. The lady working in the office was really nice and helpful. We stayed on the west side primitive area, right on the lake. It was beautiful! The bathhouse was clean. We would stay here again.

Stay the Fall of every year, always a great time.  Close to federal land to hunt.  Clean showers and bathhouse.  Great views of the Ausable backwaters.
