Story

Tirant son nom en l’honneur du Prince Albert au temps du règne de Victoria, notre bistro s’est donné un air décontracte et une ambiance hors du commun.

Situé au centre-ville, sur la côte du Beaver Hall, à deux pas du Square Victoria, du Vieux-Montréal et de son Palais des congrès, il propose une variété d’expériences ‘bistronomiques’ selon l’envie du moment.

En saison, une magnifique terrasse vous attend avec une vue imprenable sur le Square.

Vous aurez un choix exceptionnel de vins d’importation privé que nous avons minutieusement sélectionnés. Notre chef, actuel et raffiné, saura marier les saveurs de notre terroir avec les parfums et tanins des vins du monde.

Named in honor of Prince Albert during the reign of Victoria, our bistro has set an atmosphere out of the ordinary.

Located in Downtown Montreal, on Beaver Hall Hill, close to Victoria Square, Old Montreal and its Convention Centre, it offers a variety of ‘bistronomic’ experiences according to the mood of the moment.

In season, a wonderful terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the Square is at your disposal.

You will have a great choice of private importation wines that we have carefully selected. Our Chef, urban and refined, will marry the flavors of our local products with perfumes and tannins of world wines.
