sooo this school kind of ruined my ability at math... i was in grade 5 for this school and now im in grade 9. thank god im in a public schoolnanyways whats up with such a small school for like over 50 kids? dont schools usually have their own buildings... whats up with that?nhow do kids play soccer, or idk, green light red light?nAlso why are the classes so small lol, like 15 kids per class, how do you except me to find friends in these classes?
I am extremely disappointed with Al Amal School. The gym is ridiculously small, making it impossible for students to engage in proper physical activities. The principal is incredibly rude and dismissive of any concerns raised by parents and students alike. To make matters worse, the teachers do not teach properly, leaving students confused and unprepared. Overall, this school fails to provide a supportive and effective learning environment.
Moved from Ontario to Calgary almost 2 years ago. It was our dream to put our children in an Islamic school, but Islamic schools back home were very expensive. Love that Al Amal is more affordable and it is also very near to our home. So far my children have had a great experience with making friends and having wonderful teachers.
very rude teachers, staff and princaple its better to go to a public school and not waste your money here i went here for a year and i got in trouble for no reason throughout the whole year and worst of all they fired a good teacher.
I just wanted to share my honest take on this school I've been going to, you know? If I had to put a number on it, I'd say it's like a 4.1 out of 5. don't let my thoughts be the deal-breaker for anyone considering the school, because everyone's got their own vibe there.nnSo, on a real note, I'm a pretty sensitive person, and being in this school has been kind of a rollercoaster. I get this feeling sometimes that I can't speak up 'cause I might get in trouble for no reason, and there are these moments when kids get all rough with me, even hitting me and stuff. It's not cool. I've been here for three years now—grades 6, 7, and 8—and it's not always been rainbows and sunshine.nnMy class boys can be pretty wild when I'm not around. They think it's hilarious to talk about me behind my back, but shoutout to my real friends who clue me in. Turns out, some peeps I thought were cool turned out to be just pretending to be friends. It's a real bummer. Most of the guys in my class think I'm annoying.nnMy last islamic school was the same, except people don't push and fight. The only problem is I'm soft and the rest of the boys are rough.nn[Rest was redacted due to requestion of deletion]nLet's talk school fees—3,000 bucks per student? I get there's a sibling discount, but even then, it feels a bit much for just adding two blocks quran and islamicnnOn a serious note, this is a good islamic school. It's just the kids who are bothering me. However I'd like to go to a different school if I keep getting shouted at. Next year will be my last year, and I'm off to a public school.nnAnyway, I want to be clear; this isn't me trying to trash-talk the school. It's just my neutral take, you know? Everyone's got their own journey, so, don't base your opinion on this place just because of my review, alright?nJazakAllah brothers and sistersn- me
