One of the worst stores I’ve ever been to at a corporate level there are some real problems from rude employees to being open 24hrs but the bathroom isn’t available for morning customers until after 8am they have box’s and literal dirt all over the store in the morning the hours of stocking are inappropriate and the inability to have a cashier be ready and present always seems to escape this place and to the strawberry blonde worker in the morning who harassed and berated someone having a medical emergency and not allowing access to the bathroom and than to harass them when they’re trying not to throw up all over the isles is beyond me. Maybe if she wasn’t busy trying to make it to her smoke break she could have left me alone. This place had rude customers and even poorer policy’s this company doesn’t care about the community or its customers and it’s obvious from its turn over rate the management of this place is poorly done.

Winco offers great prices, a huge variety and high-quality produce and meat. I love the bulk food section too. However the self-checkout needs improvement, and there never seen to be enough cashiers. Lines often back up, and with the 15 items limit at self checkout, it can get frustrating. Still, overall it's my go to grocery store in Moses Lake.

I want to start off by saying I like the quality of meat at WinCo. The lately the quality put out by the meat cutting dept is not so good. There is a ridiculous amount of fat on cuts of meat when a person takes them out of the package. When a person pays by the pound it is tantamount to robbery.....anyone else have similar experience?

Store is clean .nShelves are stocked and organized.nThey are all smiling and helpfull.nPrices are great.nSelection is really good , I love bulk spices and food isles.

I was checking out my grocery’s and the checker told me to use my card twice because it didn’t go through the first time I consulted my banking account when I got home and found out she billed me twice for the items. I live on a fixed income. Now that’s bills that don’t get paid food that doesn’t get purchased heating that has to be turned way down because of this checkers greed
