Great food, fresh fish and good atmosphere. It goes from empty to full within minutes.
This place is quite small but you get a real Japanese restaurant vibe.
They close very early and stop taking new customer at around 8pm. Sometime earlier if they're busy.
If you want to order take out, do it at the beginning of the evening otherwise they won't have time to make your order.

The equivalent of Seinfeld's "Soup Nazi" of sushi. Strange opening hours, byzantine take out rules, culture shocking staff. That being said, it's all worth it because the sushi is amazing. Basically a husband-wife team straight outta Japan, so if you're looking for authenticity, you'll get it here. If you've got good manners you'll be treated well, be rude and it's "No sushi for you!!". Prices and quality are above average, so not at Park's level, but way better than the average corner sushi place.

Best sushi in Verdun. Customer service is very japanese (a lot of house rules but good service). Nice small shop family ran vibe. 4.5 stars.

Sushi is good but service is bad. The gentleman that works there is very rude. I called for a pick up and he gave me over an hour waiting time for my order and was rushing me to speak fast to make my order. I ended up cancelling and he hung up on me. And my order was gona be at least 75$ but he didn't seem to care. And this is not the first time he's been rude. If you are to busy maybe you should hire someone to take phone calls if there are so many pick ups and and an extra chef? Only one person making sushi there for pick ups and restaurant ... not good for customer service . And if you go inside to ask for pick up they tell you to go outside and call... Never calling or going there again . Disappointed because food is great . They need to fix their attitudes .

This restaurant is like the guy you've always liked, but who is too cool to call you back.
The food is delicious and the service is good while at the restaurant. However, they offer takeout service, but often don't respect their own closing hours or rules about ordering it. If you show up at the resto and there are too many folks, you must exit the building and order by phone from the street. It's pretty hit or miss as well when it comes to the weather. If it's too nice out, they might be closed. If it's too rainy, they might be closed, and so on and so forth.
This place is a cool addition to V-town but is terribly unpredictable. Be prepared to only have it 1/10 times you try to.
