Airport Coffee Shop
"Blacksmith Bakery creates real food using traditional artisanal methods, baked fresh daily, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The hand forged viennoiserie, patisserie, cakes, eclairs, tarts, cookies, savouries, soups, and gourmet sandwiches crafted by their passionate team are worth the trip. It’s not just the food! Blacksmith Bakery prides itself on having master baristas on staff to provide a delicious range of espresso based coffee drinks using their own Anvil espresso blend made from organic beans roasted locally by Agro Roasters. Please note: This business does not monitor or respond to Yelp, Google or Trip Adviser reviews. Hands down the best lattes in Langley. Quality drinks and food that have never disappointed . Lattes taste the same every single time which is really nice for once. Love this alternate location as it's easy to pop in and grab a coffee to go. Service can be hit and miss. The staff that are a hit are amazzzzzing. Especially the one that served me five minutes after opening on a Sunday with no other staff. Poor thing was run off her feet trying to get open by herself and made the best latte yet that day. Definitely recommend if your looking for a great bakery.
The food at both the Blacksmith bakeries is great! I love Thier truly chocolate cake, and hazelnut croissant. The service is always good and polite. Kids...and adults like watching the planes take-off, but it's a shame they don't have any comfy seating.Food: 5/5
The food is really great! The service is lovely and responsive. The only real downside is how few tables and chairs they have. Maybe it's just the times that I have gone - they may have had a busy spurt. I always enjoy my experience here and I will continue to go back.Food: 4/5
The food is amazing!! - both the pastries, other baked goods, and the meal options. Decadent options, and many recipes I’d never dare try from home. Coffee is well prepared. So glad they’ve opened a location in Murrayville! Seating is in the airport common area or on the patio watching the run way. Prices are on the higher side but you are certainly paying for quality.
If you're from Langley you know Blacksmith Bakery in Fort Langley. The airport is a small offspring with the same high quality and masterfully made pastries. I drop by every time I'm near the airport for a respite before continuing with my day.Food: 5/5
I went in looking for a bakery and found a coffee shop which was quite light on the bakery stuff. I had my sites set on a cinnamon bun or an apple fritter which they didn't have. My wife liked the sticky bun we got. I was surprised by the refrigerated display case that was blowing quite warm air at the customer lineup while the air-conditioning was competing to make it cooler, stand there for a couple minutes.... I would rather not. Staff were good, not super fast though, I my need to try it again before I can say if it will make it on my must visit list.
Excellent pastries and coffee. Bacon cheddar croissant was amazing. The Americano was rich with a subtle dark chocolate quality.
Soooo good! I love this place. The croissants are incredible and the service is also great!
Bacon Cheese croisant is next level. All of their croissants are top notch. Coffee is better than most independent shops in Langley as well. However, at this location, the clerk at the till the one with the long black hair, as some body else put it is off putting. Kind of like her job is beneath her, or maybe like, you, the customer is beneath her. It's hard to tell. Haha. Love this place, but her not so much.
Ham and Swiss croissant warmed up with an Americano, no room. Is there anything better? No.
