So I called and ordered a medium big mac meal to take away , I wanted a strawberry milkshake but was told there was none available! So had a coke instead only to get home and open the lid to my big mac  I had to take a second look  there should be 2 beef burgers to a big mac but there was only one and no lid to the cob what an absolute joke ! I would of taken it bk but I'd only just finished work so I won't be going bk again,  the place has gone drastically down hill ..... this isn't the first time either,  there's been times I've got home and fries are missing etc !!!!

Popped into the drive through today on our travels.  The food was standard McDonalds, hot, tasty enough.  The drive through guy was pleasant however the service was painfully slow.  Highly recommended the bacon burger stack thing.  Was super yummy.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately this was one of my worst visits to a McDonald's.  It was so messy and dirty.  Bins were so full the trays and food were all over the place.  Slow service.  The area where the food comes to under the lamp was jam packed and backed up.  Seems to be more interest in the delivery service and people waiting for those.  Lots of dirty full tables.  Chips were hot which were nice and order was correct.  Just a shame about the atmosphere

Went to this McDonald’s as we were in the area, it’s not one we would usually go to. Got to say the food looked and tasted awful. Barely cooked and just slapped together despite the place not appearing very busy. Only good thing was that staff on the drive thru were polite and friendly. Other than that nothing else was positive about this experience. Would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusted at this McDonald's. Went through the drive through, it was really busy but it was just after 6 so expected. Tried to place my order and it was like playing bingo, almost everything I tried to order, they didn't have.. no milkshakes, no mcflurrys, no big Mac's and only serving the BBQ flavoured wrap as none of the others were available. There was no signage to explain that these things were unavailable so almost everyone was having the same issues. It was a joke! Paid for my order, got to the collection window this had taken about 20 minutes so far, had to wait a little while before they came and gave us the order, when they did, it was the completely wrong order and somehow mine hasn't been done so I had to wait in a bay. I'd say we were waiting around 10-15 minutes, you could see people waiting around in the restaurant too not just the delivery people. My order finally came and I wish I could say that my disappointment ended there.. I got home and handed out food and drinks, everything seemed ok until my son had a sip of his tango. He thought that they had served Lilt by mistake so swapped with my daughter but on tasting it she realised it wasn't Lilt. I tried it and I can only think that either someone mixed two drinks or that the carbonation mix was way out because it was vile. I didn't have the botheration to get back in my car and go to complain about it. I don't know what is going on at this McDonald's but it needs sorting out.

Twice I pre-ordered the meal on the app. Turned up both times just after 10pm to collect only to find the drive thru and store closed. Due to maintenance and a deep clean! Shocking service. Poor management. Shame on the franchise owner! Either he doesn’t care or he earns so much money he doesn’t care that he’s loosing business and customers!

WORST McDonald’s EVER!  Milkshake machine is almost NEVER working, McFlurry machine is almost NEVER working, very SLOW service, SCRUFFY staff, RUDE staff, COLD food and its pot luck what you get as there is ALWAYS something missing!  NEEDS a shake up with the staff and a manager who can take this fast slow food restaurant S**t Hole to an acceptable standard!  AVOID at all costs!  This is what happens when a food outlet is run by kids…they don’t care, they don’t take any pride in what they do and their customer service skills are shocking!  AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!  DEFINATLEY would have given no stars but, no option for that.

I would give it no stars if I could .This McDonald’s has went downhill since Uber eats& just eat . The staff really need to think about what they are doing . We stood and waited 25minutes . Our food that we could see sitting on the pass . Was just ignored so staff could prioritise drive through and Uber/just eat . Really need to think about walk ins

Probably the worst Macdonalds outlet near me, routinely get orders incorrect, we're not talking the odd condiment wrong, we are talking whole items missing from the bag most recently completely missed a whole chicken sandwich on us.  Very poor stock control, they're often out of ingredients - coke and big macs was the most recent one I recall... a Macdonalds without coke or bigmacs!?!  Just the worst, shame it's the closest to my home, I literally drive out my way to go to Ripley, Sommercotes or Ilkeston, so bad is this one.

Never go to this Mac between 00:00am and early morning hours it is always closed but on google it says open 24h
