Wells Fargo Bank

I've had wonderful experiences at this Wells Fargo branch. Each teller I've encountered have been very cordial and quick. It's a real pleasure to visit this Wells Fargo location.

Just had a very bad experience at this Wells Fargo. Went to close some accounts and the banker left me alone at her desk talking on the phone with a banker (the banker on the phone was very friendly and helpful). I then had to ask the person on the phone how to close my other account as the banker in the branch never came back. I then had to reach to the other side of the desk to get my card and no one even noticed, I could have gotten on her computer. I then had to leave without saying anything to the banker as I had no idea where she went! I then called to close my other account only to find that it had already been closed but I had not been told so. THE BANKER CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING ME! I called to make a complaint with the branch manager and was told “I think he is out getting stuff.” …

I had a great experience. I kinda knew what I wanted and the guy that helped me answered all of my questions and set me up in a timely manner. It was incredibly convenient. I was impressed and felt like I really mattered, to him, and the bank itself.

Wht is don't like about this bank is customer service sucks really bad, I think they should get all new staff at this location... I been waiting for a call back for 3 weeks now, there is a guy there name OT with very poor service, and all the tellers is poor service as well, I was asking questions nobody at this location new nothing I was talking about, I left there and went to another location and they new everything I was saying, and there bank didn't smell bad, I will bit go back to that wells Fargo Bank on park Avenue never
